Phone call knocks out inyternet

When I receive a phone call, at least once or twice a week, it knocks out my internet and must restart my modem. For the amount of money I’m paying, not only am I missing phone calls, but wasting my time resetting my modem!

@Gay72 Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I can understand how frustrating this would be. We would love to look into this for you. Does this happen randomly or do you notice happening during certain times of the day?

It usually happens when someone calls my home with a cell phone.  Happens at different times of the day.
