Order status new gateway

How do I check the status of my order for a replacement gateway/modem? I received an order number when I placed the order online with a link to check the order status, but that link takes me to the equipment return page. It says I can check the status on the myaccount page, but I sure can't find it. I've received nothing in my email, no confirmation, no updates. Would appreciate some guidance
