Hello, @user_jtbbbn thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and would definitely like to investigate further to see if your old number is still available. From experience, I've seen that once Xfinity Voice service has been cancelled the number is typically saved (unless it had been originally ported it may go back to the original provider), for a few months.
I did have a few questions that will be helpful when you have time to answer:
- When was the Xfinity Voice service removed? - Trying to get number back will require to activate the Xfinity Voice service again, is this what you're looking to get accomplished?
