Got voice for my Dad's home in Virginia on Tuesday. Still not working. Said be ready 24 to 48 hrs then Saturday, Sept 16th, followed by need 24 hrs for system to update. He is 85 years old and needs a phone asap.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
