no line/no dial tone

my phone is showing a "no line" message and I am not getting a dial tone. I do not know when the problem started, as we don't get many calls on our home phone. However it is very recent.  I have checked all the connections and restarted the modem, but still no tone.

nearlyoutd8d Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Voice services. To check a few things, do you know if there was a recent non-payment disconnection on the account, or if there was recent weather that caused services to go down for a bit? I ask since if there was a timeframe where service was interrupted, it can cause some provisioning issues with the phone line. Have you checked if you're able to receive calls to the landline by chance?
