No Dialtone
Hello my name is Sherri [Edited: "Personal Information"] and we have recently upgraded our gateway and after activating the new one, everything was great....except we no longer have a dialtone for our Xfinity voice home phone. The new gateway #'s CM MAC [Edited: "Personal Information"] S/N [Edited: "Personal Information"]
