no dial tone
Hello, I have a no dial tone issue and can't make or receive phone calls. I have checked all phones to make sure they are "hung up," restarted the phone modem several times and even tried a new phone but still have the same issue. I have tried the XA but it does not help with this issue. Can I get some help with this please?
