No dial tone

I added Xfinity voice yesterday. There is no dial tone. I have rebooted the modem and all the wires are secured. Also, I was not informed of my assigned phone number.

Hi there, @sangregtf! Congratulations on the new line! We are happy to assist you with getting it working and what the number is. A phone can take up to 72 hours to complete on your account. Is that working now?

I also saw your other commend about Advanced Call Forwarding. Are you still getting the "Something Went Wrong" message when you try to use that?
