No Dial Tone
After a service interruption earlier today, Xfinity Voice is down, no dial tone. Internet service is functioning correctly. I have rebooted the router several times, using the troubleshooting menu, and by disconnecting then reconnecting the power cord. \
The Telephone 1 light on the router is blinking slowly.
Please advise.
