No dial tone on voice service

Picked up new modem yesterday and installed and now I have no dial tone on phone. Can you please assist?

Hello, @user_zpumz7 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. From experience, I've found that when a modem/gateway has been swapped out, the new modem has to be provisioned for Xfinity Voice to work properly. I'd definitely like to help get the equipment provisioned correctly if you're still having issues with no Xfinity Voice service.
