no dial tone on new upgraded modem

Greetings, @user_e2krrl! Congratulations on the new modem! I understand you need some assistance with getting the dial tone working. This link goes over other steps to try when you don't have a dial tone with your Xfinity Voice service, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/troubleshooting-no-dial-tone.
Have you tried to reset the modem by unplugging the power cable for 20 seconds and plugging it back in? This issue is most times caused by the phone needing to be provisioned since you changed the modem. Resetting the modem will sometimes send that signal.
