No dial tone on home phone after upgrading to new Xfinity Modem
Upgraded my Xfinity modem as required by Xfinity. Internet & TV work fine. Home phone does not. Can't even get a dial tone. Tried calling my own number to test and it goes directly to voice mail. Tried Xfinity assistant several times and performed all of the steps asked of me, rebooting my modem many times, plugging phone directly into modem port, etc... Super frustrating. I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting. I think I need someone to help me get my phone service back on. Email or interactive chat to send a re-provisioning signal. Help!

Just got a call from Xfinity tech support to refresh my services. Phone services restored. I'm good to go!
