No Dial Tone, My Account States Pending Activation

I recently changed to xFi Complete at 1GB and love it.  Later 07-Sep, I added home phone to get a better price.  My account still states that I'm pending activation even though I've done everything that Comcast has asked.  Also my xFi App appears to still see my old modem.
