No Dial Tone and No Signal Light on Modem

I have tried all of the suggested solutions, yet my problem remains.  Is the modem bad?  Internet works fine.

Hello sct_367 is this still an issue for you?  Is there sitllno dial tone on the home handsets?

This has been an issue for months and continues to be an issue.  Frustrating that I'm getting charged $30/mo for this service and I can't get any help from Xfinity.
