No dial tone after installing new modem

Installed the new modem you sent me, now there is no dail tone in my home phone.

I am paying you for this service, but you are not providing it.  I feel like I'm being ripped off.  What is going on.  Did all the troubleshooting steps your virtual assistant suggested.  Nothing works.  Please fix it or refund my money.  Does this seem fair to you?

It sounds like the Xfinity Voice service simply failed the provisioning to the new Xfinity Gateway, or has taken longer than usual to provision over. We can take a look for you, feel free to send us a direct message. 
 
 
 
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
