New Phone number

I am very upset that you gave me a new phone number and did not import it from Fios! I want my old number back. We changed to you for your great TV features and were promised our original phone number!!!!

You can’t force a number to be ported. If it’s not the proper rate center (911), there’s nothing anybody can do. The Fios number is still yours until you cancel their service.
