New Customer - Internet/Home Phone Port this week. Got a call from 844-389-4668 regarding number port. Is this legit?

I got a call on my home phone which is to be ported to XFinity tomorrow. I'm asked to call 844-389-4668.

Is that legit? I can't find that number on your website.  I'm thinking this is a scammer, but I don't want to delay the install.
