Need to get rid of home phone service
how can I drop my home phone service? My contract has been up, and I no longer can afford it. When I call customer service I get put on hold, I do not have hours to sitting on hold. Please help.

One way is to go into the MyAccount page and select the Xfinity Assistant.
I was able to use that this morning and was able to order boxes and change my data plan onlne with an Xfinity Rep in just 10 minutes of chatting.
