Need help linking a new standalone account to my Xfinity ID

I recently set up a standalone landline account for my elderly mother. I am trying to link her account to my existing personal Xfinity ID so I can manage her bills, but the automated web tools are giving me errors due to a mobile phone number conflict. Can an official employee help me link these?

user_983709 Thanks for reaching out for help with linking your login to your mothers account. Does she by chance have her own Primary ID to send you an invite to be a manager on her account with your ID which would link it? With the conflict issue you mentioned it may be best to speak to Customer Security Assurance team at 1 (888) 565-4329 who can help with DIY methods run into issues.

Given the concern is for user ID profile linking we wouldn't at this point need a Direct message as CSA team has more tools to assist with ID account linking than we do. If they run into any trouble getting you the help you need, and need our assistance please let us know.
