Need help linking a new standalone account to my Xfinity ID
I recently set up a standalone landline account for my elderly mother. I am trying to link her account to my existing personal Xfinity ID so I can manage her bills, but the automated web tools are giving me errors due to a mobile phone number conflict. Can an official employee help me link these?
