Hi there, @user_mwjxla Thank you so much for reach out to us here! I'm very sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with your Xfinity Voice. If your Xfinity phone has no dial tone and displays "check phone line" even after resetting the modem, the issue could be related to your home wiring, a faulty phone jack, or a problem with the phone itself try plugging a different phone into the same jack, checking the phone line connections at the modem. If you are still having the same check phone line, please don't hesitate to reach back out so we can troubleshoot and get this issue addressed and resolved for you.-Richard

I had an outage. My land phone has no dial tone and not receiving calls. I tried all your troubleshooting tips to no avail. I think my telephone line is down. I am going back to AT&T and dropping your telephone service.

I just installed the new xfinity modem. Internet works finally, but the phone does not. It's a voi phone line. I have no dial tone. I had dial tone on my old modem. Yes, the phone is on base, Yes, the lines are fine, Yes, I rebooted the modem. Still no dial tone.

user_jk4kpd thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums to inform us of your voice service concerns. Let's address that dial tone together. Can you confirm which TEL port you are using on the internet gateway?
