Moving soon, would like port out information on my landline number.

Hello, I'm moving soon and would like the port out information on my landline number to give to tracfone. I already have an approved BYOP I'll be porting to. I want to be sure to keep my Xfinity internet active for the time being. thank you

Thank you for meeting us here in our community, @tgz. Congrats on the move. I hope it's a good one. You have reached the right team for assistance. Did you need to transfer the internet service to the new address? We can help get that set up as well.

thank you, no I may be without home internet for a bit, at the moment I would like to take care of keeping my old landline number and  porting it to a cellphone I have ready for BYOP on tracfone.

@tgz No problem. It's important to keep the service running to get the phone ported out first. We can help with the cancelation when you're ready to do that. No hurry.

Sure, I wanted to mention I am communicating now via home pc. I tried getting the port out info yesterday on r/xfinity and started to get texts on my dumbphone (I believe the number must be on file with you), including a link. At the moment I don't have internet on my dumbphone, so couldn't work with the link. thanks
