Missed Calls -Not really missed

For the past few months, calls that are answered in person are flagged as missed calls on my phone.  Nothing has changed on my end.  I've powered my phone base unit off and on, still happens. The Xfinity phone log shows that calls were answered.  Advise please.

@ ThomT Thanks for reaching out, to clarify are you able to answer the calls and speak to the person calling in?

@XfinityOrlandoM

I can answer the calls and speak with the caller.  It is just a nuisance that the call is marked as missed.

 I would not be happy as well, what I recommend is doing hard reboot on the modem itself by unplugging the power cable for 30 seconds and plugging it back in, if that does synch everything back up and connected try using a different phone device to see if the phone device its self is the issues.

@XfinityOrlandoM Did the hard re-boot.  Now we'll see what happens.

Awesome! We will be standing by here for the results and if that does not work we can continue our troubleshooting process. Please let us know when the modem comes back online, thanks!

It worked for a few days, then it started showing received calls as missed again.  Appears to be a bug in the gateway from where I see it.  Next steps?

Are you seeing missed call on your phone system itself?
