Line in use

3 days ago my xfinity voice stopped working, all calls go to voicemail and my phone says “line in use.” Tried unplugging modem, restarting through xfinity assistant, unplugged phones

Hello user_57d0c0 it sounds like you've tried quite a bit to get your home phone service working again. When in the Xfinity App or working with Xfinity Assistant, are there any error messages or codes identified? We'd love to take a closer loo, so we can get those services working for you.
