Landline/XFinity Voice Drops Out

It seems that whenever someone on a cellular phone calls our landline it drops the call within 20 seconds. They have to call back and then things are fine. We also get a lot of times we get garbled connections that drop portions of audio on our calls leaving conversations intelligable. Tired of asking everyone "Hello?? Still there??" or "Sorry you're breaking up."

We have Xfinity for our landline and for the past several weeks the conversations from landline to landline AND landline to mobile are breaking up and impossible to understand when calling out and when calling in.  Not the caller, the caller is clear, but us as we call out.

Hello @justwork11! Thanks for posting your experience here on the Xfinity Community Forum. I would like to review your account and complete some troubleshooting on the backend of your account to help get this fixed. To get started, can you please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support"? You can do this by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.

I no longer work for Comcast.
