Hi there, @rknroller, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through our Xfinity Forums. I know how important it is to ensure your landline stays connected throughout the day. Have you done any troubleshooting on your own so far? Checked all cables to ensure they are finger-tight and there are no bends, kinks or tears? Restarted the modem?
