Landline not working

Yesterday I set up my sister's new modem. I was told her phone would be working within 24 hours. We are past that time and it is still not working. Her account is NOT attached to the mobile number I am using to reach out

user_0kbnt3 Thanks for posting on our community forums for assistance with your voice service concerns. We'd like to help. Did you try rebooting the modem manually or through the Xfinity App already?
