land line not fully functioning

Calls come in and when we answer no one is there.  Folks tell us when they call us they are giving a message that the number is not accessible or they leave a message which we never get

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
