Inbound Voice calls terminated after one ring

Inbound calls from any number are being terminated with a message that "the mailbox number is not in service".  Outbound calls work ok.  Twice I tried chatting with an agent who reset the modem, but the chat session was terminated when the modem restarted.  I also tried unplugging everything from the gateway but the problem persists.  Is there a support phone number that I can call?

Got this resolved.  A voice2go number was set to automatically ring the home phone number.  Removed the home number from the advanced call forwarding section and the phone now operates properly.  Wish comcast would have done this automatically when they removed support for voice2go.....
