I want to cancel Xfinity Voice.

I tried to remove Xfinity Voice from my package because my old plan is no longer offered. This now costs $30/month and I no longer use it. I tried to remove it when selecting my new package and I got a message saying that I could not remove it. Please remove it from my plan.

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
