I recently got a new modem..(.CM MAC[Edited: "Personal Information"] AND S/N282623018 ) FROM YOUR JENSEN BEACH OFFICE. THIS MODEN HAS TWO TELEPHONE PORTS. BOTH SHOULD BE WORKING ; THE LOWER ONE IS NOT CAUSING TWO HOUSE PHONES TO BE UNUSABLE. I CANNOT GET TO TALK TO A COMCAST PERSON. I WANT THE PROBLEM FIXED!!! PLEASE, CALL ME ON [Edited: "Personal Information"] ( THE ONLY WORKING LINE) AND HAVE THE PROBLEM FIXED, PRONTO!! A QUICK RESPONSE FROM YOU WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS.
