i get calls but the caller can't hear me
Recently started. I can receive calls but the caller is not able to hear me. Another example: I dial a doctor office and need to select a number prompt to to switched to let's say "schedule a new appointment hit #1", and i hit 1 on the phone but it doesn't connect. HELP!

By chance have you tried any troubleshooting steps provided in the Xifnity app, or tried things like rebooting your modem and checking your connections? Also, does this happen on all calls or does it seem sporadic?
