I do not have lights for Tel 1 or Tel 2 on the Front of Modem - ISSUE RESOLVED

Been on the phone over 2 hours trying to get a REAL person to answer. I have phone service on my contract for years, just never used it.

The modem was reset by the automated phone system. Still, no light and cannot send faxes.

I do not use a phone, only fax.

Anything I can do myself at this point?

RESOLVED: Comcast had to register my fax machine to Tel 1 to work
