I can't check my Voice mail any more

Now every time I select Voice while viewing my Email I see the following. I thought you wanted me to change my PIN so I did. That did not help. What do I do so that I can check my voice mail and my call history again?

freedelean, I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As mentioned by my peer, we are working to correct this issue with our Xfinity website. Have you tried using a different browser or device to see if you're able to access the voicemail by other means?
