How do I get a Phone Line transferred to My New location but it will be a second line in the home?

I have a Phone Line & # I’ve had through Xfinity (Comcast) for Over 28yrs, and I want to have it transferred to where I’m Living at Now.. Though There is Already Service at this New Location ( Tv, Internet & Phone) so my would be I guess considered a 2nd Line. Is It Possible to do that & if So how do I do that plus can I get a Low Rate ( special rate) for just the Phone itself.. I can’t afford their Full on Prices :( .. Thank You Kindly in Advance for Anyone who may beable to help in this Matter!!
