Home Phone Problem

For the past two weeks I have been unable to receive calls on my home phone. The caller ID shows on my television, but there is either audible ring (1 time or less) or none before the call being cut off. There is also no activation of the voicemail. The AI Assistant has provided steps to troubleshoot the problem and I have followed those instructions to the letter. However, nothing has worked and I still have the problem. I am able to use the phone to make outgoing calls with no problem. Prior to two weeks ago the phone system worked perfectly. Can someone help?

Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
