Disconnected calls
I have two wireless home phones, one phone consistantly drops incoming/outgoing calls after two or three minutes. I purchased new phones and the problem still exists......the modem was checked and no problems found. Any ideas on the cause ? Thanks.

Hey there, calee1, thank you for reaching out here on the forums. I'd be happy to help! Have you tried troubleshooting your voice service through the My Account app? Here's how: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-app-voice-mobile-troubleshooting

I have tried the test on the modem and it comes back as normal. Just to be clear, I'm having a problem with my home phones not cell phones. As I mentioned in my original post the remote phone consistantly loses the connection after three or four minutes of use.......I replaced the phone with a new one and the problem hasn't changed. The base phone doesn't have the problem
