Disable SIP ALG / SIP INSPECTION / DEEP PACKET INSPECTION

How do I disable SIP ALG / SIP INSPECTION / DEEP PACKET INSPECTION?  My VOiP will not work unless it's disabled.

Hi there, @user_21cae6. Thank you for creating this post. We can definitely look into this for you. Have you gone through the admin settings of your gateway to verify if you can disable them through there?

@XfinityEdgardo Thanks for the response. I did go into gateway and there is no mention of SIP ALG

@user_21cae6 Thank you for that information. It doesn't look like there is an option to disable it. You may need to put the modem into bridge mode and purchase your own modem for that specific setting.

I no longer work for Comcast.
