Connections
I have four phones hooked to phone jacks one of which is also answering machine. There are also six that are wireless connected to the home phone/answering machine. Can they all work on you VOIP system and will they ring to receive a call?

You should be able to continue using compatible home phones with Xfinity Voice, but with several corded and cordless phones in your setup, we’d want to make sure everything is connected correctly. The cordless handsets would typically operate through their base station, while the phones connected to your wall jacks depend on how your home’s phone wiring is connected to the service. How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
