Comcast is stealing my phone numbers (business and residential) that I havve had for over 30 years.
The story is too ling to tell in detail in this venu, but suffice it to say that I have had both Comcast Business and Xfinity accounts for over 15 years. I am trying to port my phone numbers from my current Comcast account (which I am dropping) to my Xfinity account. I currently have 2 phone lines with Comcast and purchased 2 lines (with random numbers that I do not want) from Xfinity. Many phone calls and months of trying to move the numbers has failed. I have been told one lie after another by both Comcast and Xfinity. I have been forced to continue to pay for both accounts to continue to have access to my phone numbers. At this point, I do not know what to do about it. I am going to have to loose both numbers to avoind paying over $300.00 per month to Comcast. I can promise you that neither Comcast nor Xfinity will see another dime from me. I strongly reccommend that anyone reading this avoid letting Comcast get ahold of your phone numbers.
