Checking Status of Support Ticket

Comcast mistakenly deleted my phone number and set up a support ticket to get it back. Its been nearly a week and my phone number has not been restored and I have not heard back from customer support in several days (despite being responsive initially). How can I find out the status of my support ticket? Losing my phone number is horrible and I need it back. Thanks.
