Centurylink calling Comcast VOIP

When I call from my Centurylink landline to Comcast phone (VOIP) I now get a fast busy.  This has been going on for 2 days - I have no problems calling any other provider or cell line - Any suggestions ?  Both companies you can't get to talk to someone who understands the problem

Hello @user_n5a64d. Are you still having issues with your phone line? Is it connected into a wall outlet, or does it go directly into the internet modem?
