can't receive one time passcodes on my landline phone. worked fine recently.

I can't receive one time passcodes on my landline phone from my bank or credit card holder.  worked fine two weeks ago.  tried resetting modem and cordless phone.  I can receive and make calls on the phone with no problem, just no OTP. thank you.

user_ny8ocj Just to clarify, the concern is that you are unable to receive the phone calls from your banks/credit card holders for One Time Passcodes, but you were able to receive those calls a week ago. Do you know if you have any filters set up with your landline? I would recommend checking the Spam Blocker settings, checking to see if Nomorobo is enabled, if it is I would try disabling it to see if those calls come through. You can also check that Anonymous Call Rejection is off. I have linked the directions on how to check these settings, you can also check out the Xfinity Voice Features that control nuisance and unwanted calls here. These would be the basic troubleshooting steps to get out of the way before we would be able to do a deeper dive into this with you. Once you have checked those settings and attempted to have another OTP from your bank and if it still isn't coming through let me know and we can work on next steps.

Hello,  I don't have Nomorobo.  I used *87 on my phone to turn off Anonymous call rejection before I posted the problem with no luck. thank you for the help.
