Canceling Voice?

This may be a dumb question ....I have my own older Arris voice modem and I'm considering dropping voice to save money.

If I do so, will that cause problems with my modem where it will need to be adjusted?

@tbill1 Hello! We can certainly assist you with making changes to your services. It won't cause any issues with your modem, it just means should you want to add phone service in the future, you already have the type of modem to be able to do that.
