Cancel Xfinity Voice

I’d like to cancel Xfinity Voice from my package as I no longer need it.  Can someone help me, please?

Here's some ways you can cancel your voice plan (Taken from Xfinity's Support Page)

  • Request a call back.
  • Chat with us online.
  • Visit your local Xfinity Store.
  • Complete a simple online cancellation form (we’ll call you within two business days of receipt to confirm your request).
  • Mail a cancellation request, including your first and last name, service address, account number and phone number to:
    Comcast Cable
    ATTN: Service Change Requests
    1701 JFK Blvd.
    Philadelphia, PA 19103
    • Note: We’ll call you within two business days of receipt to confirm your request.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
