Cancel Xfinity Voice

I purchased Xfinity voice for an at home job, but I no longer need it. I tried to cancel it myself, but I could not figure it out. I want to keep my internet service, but I just no longer need the Xfinity voice aspect.

I, too, want to cancel. 30 minutes so far with lots of offers for more service, but I am looking to remove the service.

There is no icon for chat in my right hand corner, no pencil and paper icon. Please help.
