When we get a phone call, our landline phone never rings. The calls come through the wifi.

Hello, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. I know how important it is to hear your phone ring. The first step is to ensure you have your phone's ringer turned "on", and that the phone is plugged into your modem Port1, and if yes, restart the gateway by unplugging the power from the wall outlet for 30-seconds, then plug it back in. After the restart are you now getting the calls through your phone?
