Buzzing on home phone
Switched to xfinity home phone service for my 90 year old mother. She can't talk to people because the buzzing is so loud and her voice fades in and out on the phone. I bought a new line splitter because the other was so old, but that didn't help. Restarted modem several times that didn't help either. I cannot get thru to a REAL PERSON! Help. My mom cannot be without a phone.
