If you can't receive calls with your Xfinity Voice service, try the following steps:

1. Ensure your phone's ringer is turned on.
2. If you hear half a ring, check if Call Forwarding is activated and deactivate it if necessary.
3. Plug a working corded phone into different jacks to rule out issues with the phone or jacks.
