Blind, vision impaired, Down connector reports outage in Washington Pa 45 minutes from home current locations impacting no dial tone.

 This goes way beyond voice phone features. A couple of weeks ago the disability microsoft answer desk found infected files on my computer. The reason why I contacted them was I ffound it necessary to uninstal and reinstal Thunderbird. Usually my contacts automatically populate. They did not this time. My windows 11 OS was repaired by the microsoft disability answerdesk, I have gotten reid of the xbox game addes, I am still not able to download the mozilla Thunderbird address book contacts and most recently no dial toan. I have posted my email issues in Mozilla forums as well. Thanks for assistance with these issues. P.S I hope this Washington Pa outage with voice will end soon.
